I stayed five nights at Strand Palace Hotel and I loved the whole experience from the time I checked in the man in the front desk in the middle with the dark hair was very very helpful and nice (sorry I don’t know his name). I checked in at 2:30 PM and they didn’t take any extra fees, the check in procedures was very easy and fast took me just five minutes. I booked classic single room. The room was very clean and will decorate. It has tea and coffee corner and TV screen. The bathroom was Specious and clean. I ordered food in my room and it was so good. The location of the hotel was great everything around you, the tube station was like four minutes walk from the hotel, There is many bus stops near the hotel. The doorman was very kind. and the check out procedures was very easy and fast too, I just dropped the card in the check out card box at the reception and go.

The facilities were great, and the hotel was beautiful. The room, our cozy double, was indeed cozy. The breakfast staff was kind, the wonderful man serving hot food was smiling, kind and patient. The people at the front desk were kind, and even found time for you in check-in "rush hour". Truly appreciative of a great stay. When we checked in, the clerk found us another room with higher ceilings so-as-to accommodate my height, which was a wonderful gesture, and not something I'd have expected! We were able to forgo room service in exchange for a voucher for the gin bar. win/win to be able to both help the climate by reducing wasteful washes AND get a cheaper gin & tonic. What a life, huh.

I made a last minute reservation this time (end of July), I had stayed there at the end of May this year, and just loved the staff, room, really everything about it. That visit I had became ill and had to go to the hospital. The staff checked in on me while there and helped me upon my return. Last time I didn't have the breakfast, this time I did and it was a really great addition with food to accommodate anyone's tastes. As for some of the extra touches, the reusable water bottles and water stations at the elevators, cookies, etc. But this time Gigi at the Front Desk was just an incredible help, and helped me choose a room which was perfect. Thank you Gigi!

I really liked the location of the hotel. I was near several popular attractions and lots of options for food, souvenirs and more. My room was a single but it spacious enough for just myself. It was very clean and the temperature could be controlled by the guest. The only issue I could see arise would be for taller guests; I'm 5'6'' and was close to the ceiling in the shower. The bar was great! Huge kudos to Manav for making incredible cocktails! The berry mojito was sooo good. Almost forgot to mention there are water stations in the hallways so you can bring a refillable bottle.

Amazing location, a minute walk away from Thames and less than a 10 minute walk to reach the London Eye and Big Ben. It's located on a main street with many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the bed in the room was super comfortable. After we checked out of the room, as our flight was late in the evening, the staff offered to charge our phones prior to leaving the hotel and they kept our luggage in the baggage room for the whole day. Would definitely stay there again.
